Citrus pectin helps fight cancer

Modified citrus pectin

This review is from: EcoNugenics PectaSol-C Modified Citrus Pectin, Powder/454g, 1 lb (Health and Beauty) I have worked with my naturalpath to develop a safe and effective protocal to support a healthy recovery after cancer surgery and the removal of a tumor. Since chemotherapy is not an option for me, I want a combination of least risk and highest potential benefit. This product by Econugenics was recommended by my naturalpath. My urologist agrees this is not likely to be harmful and may be beneficial. . One 454g container lasts 30 days and it is easily mixed with water. Compared to chemo this is nothing. I feel like I am doing something proactive to increase my chances of recovery.

The difference between modified citrus pectin and regular fruit pectin is the difference between night and day. For starters, fruit pectin only remains in the GI tract and cannot absorb any toxins in the blood stream. MODIFIED CP has been reduced in size so it can penatrate through the intestines and go into the blood stream, removing toxins throughout the body.

Another person said....

I take pectasol-c daily in order to prevent further metastasis from breast cancer. I have had this product recommended by 2 ND's. In response the the reviewer who said it is of no use for with a liquid. If mixing with water, it's best to let it sit for at least 5 mintues in order for it to dispurse/disolve a bit (then stir completely). BUT.. the quickest/best way to take it is to add enough juice (grape, apple, orange, pom, etc.) in order to cover the pectasol (get it wet). Might end up being 1/3 cup of juice or so. Let it sit for a little less than a mintue and stir. Works like a charm :)

Prevent Cancer By Changing Your Diet

Every day I hear of more and more people who have cancer. Today a friend told me of her relative who had colon cancer. After her surgery her doctor recommended chemotherapy as a preventative measure. She had a devastating reaction to the chemo and has been in the hospital for a month now. I think the day will come that we will view chemotherapy as barbaric as bloodletting.

" Several thousand years ago, whether you were an Egyptian with migraines or a feverish Greek, chances are your doctor would try one first-line treatment before all others: bloodletting. He  would open a vein with a lancet or sharpened piece of wood, causing blood to flow out and into a waiting receptacle. If you got lucky, leeches might perform the gruesome task in place of crude instruments.
In 1799, George Washington awoke with a bad sore throat and began to decline rapidly. A proponent of bloodletting, he asked to be bled the next day, and physicians drained an estimated 5 to 7 pints in less than 16 hours. Despite their best efforts, Washington died the next day, leading to speculation that excessive blood loss contributed to his demise."

Please do all you can to prevent cancer. Read "The China Study," by T. Collin Campbell, view the video, "Forks Over Knives," and the new book "The pH Miracle for Cancer," by Dr. Robert Young.
More than twenty years ago I had chronic fatigue for more than five years. I recovered, but my immune system was fragile. Within a short time I found out I had liver cancer. My doctor knew, and I knew, I could not do chemotherapy. It would have killed me. He put me on a vegan diet and I have remained vegan all of hose years. Cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment.

Prevent cancer by reducing stress, exercising and sweating to remove toxins from your body, and eating an alkaline diet. Remember, sugar feeds cancer. I just read this excerpt today," Controlling the body's systemic pH balance during a person's life, using either an alkalinizing diet and/or buffering strategies, may help a lot in preventing the vast majority of diseases, including cancer. By the same token therapies based on alkalization may help in curing or at least stabilizing many incurable diseases, including a global nightmare such as cancer today. The pH Miracle for Cancer will help in understanding more on this issue."

Autism and Dietary Therapy

Autism and Gluten Free-diet

Abstract

We report the history of a child with autism and epilepsy who, after limited response to other interventions following her regression into autism, was placed on a gluten-free, casein-free diet, after which she showed marked improvement in autistic and medical symptoms. Subsequently, following pubertal onset of seizures and after failing to achieve full seizure control pharmacologically she was advanced to a ketogenic diet that was customized to continue the gluten-free, casein-free regimen. On this diet, while still continuing on anticonvulsants, she showed significant improvement in seizure activity. This gluten-free casein-free ketogenic diet used medium-chain triglycerides rather than butter and cream as its primary source of fat. Medium-chain triglycerides are known to be highly ketogenic, and this allowed the use of a lower ratio (1.5:1) leaving more calories available for consumption of vegetables with their associated health benefits. Secondary benefits included resolution of morbid obesity and improvement of cognitive and behavioral features. Over the course of several years following her initial diagnosis, the child's Childhood Autism Rating Scale score decreased from 49 to 17, representing a change from severe autism to nonautistic, and her intelligence quotient increased 70 points. The initial electroencephalogram after seizure onset showed lengthy 3 Hz spike-wave activity; 14 months after the initiation of the diet the child was essentially seizure free and the electroencephalogram showed only occasional 1-1.5 second spike-wave activity without clinical accompaniments.

Hypnosis Would Be My Choice For OCD

On occasion I will have a client with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder who has had a lot of counseling, has sought tons of advice and really knows the things they need to do to change. They have read a lot of books and articles on OCD. They have gone through a string of counselors seeking help, but nothing changes.
At times their OCD...the compulsive behavior...annoys friends, relatives, maybe a spouse and even their therapists. They want to change, so why can't they change?.

Their  conscious mind knows what to do,  but their subconscious mind doesn't know  or it has not registered. People can reason with them. They can try to  reason with their self, but until it reaches the subconscious mind, It isn't there.  That is why self-hypnosis or hypnosis is good, ...it reaches the subconscious mind and allows change to take place.

Emotion Code

I am now a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and attended the Body Code Seminar for three days in June. I have done more than one hundred sessions, mostly in person, but some over the phone. Of all the things I do to help people heal physically, mentally, and spiritually, I like emotion code the best because it is faster and more effective.

Releasing Trapped Emotions Relieves Asthma

Last night my eleven -year-old granddaughter dropped by and I couldn't help but notice her continual hacking cough. I released trapped emotions, and the rest of the evening she didn't cough at all. It was amazing.

My Fasciating Journey with "Emotion Code"

I am  certified in the Emotion Code and have completed more than 140 sessions of releasing trapped emotions. So, what are trapped emotions and what is the "emotion code"?
Dr. Bradley Nelson, author of the book, "The Emotion Code," states, "" The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release trapped emotions- which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause depression, anxiety, they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. And because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute pain and even cancer. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal- so physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable."

"Just about everyone has some amount of emotional baggage from painful life events, right? It's not all in your head! Emotional baggage is very real, and although it's invisible it can really mess up your happiness, your success and your health. It's like lugging around a suitcase from every difficult event you've gone through- eventually the load gets too heavy not to notice. I call each "suitcase" a Trapped Emotion- a bit of emotional energy that was created, by you, during an emotional event, and got stuck in your body somewhere."

"Trapped Emotions are literally like balls of energy, vibrating at different frequencies depending on what the emotion is (for example, Anger is a different vibration than Sadness or Insecurity). Trapped Emotions are negative, destructive vibrations, and tend to affect the body wherever they are stuck, creating pain and malfunction of bodily tissues, even disease. They can also cause depression, anxiety and loads of emotional problems. Trapped Emotions sure can make life miserable, but you can get rid of them using The Emotion Code."

So far I have worked on mainly humans, but you can also release trapped emotions from animals. A friend called me about her dog, who has carpral syndrome in her legs...similar to carpral tunnel in humans. He dog could barely walk. After releasing the trapped emotions, my friend reported that her dog was walking much better by the very next day.
I have seen symptoms of severe depression disipate from a severe ten down to a two in just one session. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, do clinical hypnossis, but the Emotion code is so much faster and efficient.

Today I read the pages of someone's blog....

and turned the pages of his mind.

Magnesium Deficiency Causes Disease

According to Dr. Norm Shealy, virtually every known disease
is associated with magnesium deficiency, including asthma, hypertension, cancer, diabetes, migraine, allergies, myocardial (h), and depression.”

Magnesium is a co-factor in activating over 300 different biochemical reactions in the body including: energy production, protein synthesis, bone formation, creation of new cells, activation of B vitamins, function and relaxation of muscles, functioning of the heart, kidneys, adrenals, and brain as well as the nervous system.

Researchers at the University of New York found that the lower the level of magnesium in the body, the higher the blood pressure.

Good sources of magnesium include fish, avocados, apples, brown rice, millet, nuts black-eyed peas, lemons, grapefruit, green leafy vegetables, and tofu.

Prevent the Flu

According to Dr. Mercola, avoiding a serious case of influenza is not about vaccination but more about maintaining a healthy, well functioning immune system. By following these simple guidelines, you can help keep your immune system in optimal working order so that you're far less likely to acquire the infection to begin with or, if you do get sick with the flu, you are better prepared to move through it without complications and soon return to good health. Optimize Your Gut Flora. This may be the single most important strategy you can implement as the bacteria in your gut have enormous control of your immune response. The best way to improve your beneficial bacteria ratio is  avoid sugars as they will feed the pathogenic bacteria. Additionally, processed foods and most grains should be limited and replacing with healthy fats like coconut oil, avocados, olives, olive oil, and nuts.
Optimize your vitamin D levels. As I've previously reported, optimizing your vitamin D levels is one of the absolute best strategies for avoiding infections of ALL kinds, and vitamin D deficiency may actually be the true culprit behind the seasonality of the flu – not the flu virus itself. This is probably the single most important and least expensive action you can take. Regularly monitor your vitamin D levels to confirm your levels are within the therapeutic range of 50-70 ng/ml.

Ideally, you'll want to get all your vitamin D from sun exposure or a safe tanning bed, but as a last resort you can take an oral vitamin D3 supplement. According to the latest review by Carole Baggerly (Grassrootshealth.org), adults need about 8,000 IU's a day. Be sure to take vitamin K2 if you are taking high dose oral vitamin D as it has a powerful synergy and will help prevent any D toxicity.

Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods. Sugar impairs the quality of your immune response almost immediately, and as you likely know, a healthy immune system is one of the most important keys to fighting off viruses and other illness. It also can decimate your beneficial bacteria and feed the pathogenic yeast and viruses. Be aware that sugar (typically in the form of high fructose corn syrup) is present in foods you may not suspect, like ketchup and fruit juice. If you are healthy then sugar can be consumed but the LAST thing you should be eating when you are sick is sugar. Avoid it like poison while you are sick.

Get Plenty of Rest. Just like it becomes harder for you to get your daily tasks done if you're tired, if your body is overly fatigued it will be harder for it to fight the flu. Be sure to check out my article Guide to a Good Night's Sleep for some great tips to help you get quality rest.

Have Effective Tools to Address Stress. We all face some stress every day, but if stress becomes overwhelming then your body will be less able to fight off the flu and other illness. If you feel that stress is taking a toll on your health, consider using an energy psychology tool such as the Emotional Freedom Technique, which is remarkably effective in relieving stress associated with all kinds of events, from work to family to trauma.

Get Regular Exercise. When you exercise, you increase your circulation and your blood flow throughout your body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of finding an illness before it spreads. Be sure to stay hydrated – drink plenty of fluids, especially water. However, it would be wise to radically reduce the intensity of your workouts while you are sick. No Peak Fitness exercises until you are better.

Take a High-Quality Source of Animal-Based Omega-3 Fats. Increase your intake of healthy and essential fats like the omega-3 found in krill oil, which is crucial for maintaining health. It is also vitally important to avoid damaged omega-6 oils that are trans fats and in processed foods as it will seriously damage your immune response.

Wash Your Hands. Washing your hands will decrease your likelihood of spreading a virus to your nose, mouth or other people. Be sure you don't use antibacterial soap for this – antibacterial soaps are completely unnecessary, and they cause far more harm than good. Instead, identify a simple chemical-free soap that you can switch your family to.

Tried and True Hygiene Measures. In addition to washing your hands regularly, cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze. If possible, avoid close contact with those, who are sick and, if you are sick, avoid close contact with those who are well.

Use Natural Antibiotics. Examples include oil of oregano and garlic. These work like broad-spectrum antibiotics against bacteria, viruses, and protozoa in your body. And unlike pharmaceutical antibiotics, they do not appear to lead to resistance. Olive leaf, Oregon grape, grapefruit seed pills also are natural antibiotics. Elderberry Extract fights the flu.   Drink warm lemon juice or lime juice sweetened with stevia. Ginger tea is excellent to fight nauseau. I make it by slicing 1/4 inch slice of ginger and steep it in boiling water for 15 minutes.   Maintain a healthy immune system by drinking liquid chlorophyl mixed with water several times a day. Also, by juicing 5 stalks celery, 1/2 bag of spinach and 1 English or two reglular cucumbers. The more alkaline your diet the healthier your immune system. Alakline food include almost all green vegetables, including broccoli, kale, and cauliflower.

Avoid Hospitals. I'd recommend you stay away from hospitals unless you're having an emergency and need expert medical care, as hospitals are prime breeding grounds for infections of all kinds. The best place to get plenty of rest is at home.

Statins Can Cause Muscle Damage

My husband, David, has been taking statin drugs for over five years, ever since he suffered a heart attack. The last few weeks he has been having severe muscle pain. Now, we find that statins may be the cause. Yesterday his doctor took him off the statin drugs.
According to Dr. Mercola, the results of a new study show that statins at higher doses may also affect the ability of the skeletal muscles -- which allow your body to move -- to repair and regenerate themselves. To read the full article, click below.

Vitamin B- 12 Deficiency

Symptoms:

Confusion or Fuzziness-brain fog
Peristent sleep problems
Low energy and weakness
Memory problems
Digestive problems
Hearing and vision loss
Tingling in the extremities
Weak immunity
Dizziness or lightheadness
Irritablitly and mood swings

A vitamin B-12 deficiency can sometimes be mistaken for dementia or alzheimers. Recently, a l study showed vitamin B12 supplementation slows the accelerated rate of brain shrinkage and declining cognitive scores in older individuals. Another study showed that older individuals with higher levels of B12 in their blood had less shrinkage of the brain than others with lower levels.

Undigested Meals

The average American carries approx 2-12 undigested meals in their digestive system.
