Go On From Where You Are and Grow! CFIDS

Kites rise highest against the wind. Like Phoenix rising from the ashes, I've had to pick myself up and go on. As a child I was sexually abused and lived with alcoholism and poverty.Later in life I battled chronic fatigue and liver cancer and at age 33 the loss of my husband to cancer. We were expecting our fourth child. I gained strength from walking against the wind and went on to finish my master's degree in Ed. Psych, and a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition. Now I want to help others recover from chronic fatigue and depression.

Wow Patty,

You sure had to battle a lot in your lifetime! How wonderful you want to help and pass informations to others!

I think my tiredness comes from low iron! I'm on iron pills very high dose now! Seems to be helping some!

You have some great nutritional ideas! I've been eating cherry tomatoes, I love to pop them in my mouth from the garden. Didn't get too many cucumbers this summer, my daughter and I just loved eating young cucumbers from the garden, they are the best! :)
